Check out the Fall Style Trends:
1. Animal Prints
• Animal prints are a fall staple. Leopard and Cheetah prints are always a must. However, this year, there’ll be lots of Zebra, Tiger, Snow Leopard and Snake prints in the mix as well.
• There are so many different ways to incorporate animal prints:
o Try accessories like belts, scarves, purses
o Opt for a top, skirt, sweater, pair of pants or jacket
o Consider a cute pair of shoes: pumps or boots

2. The Color Red
• Red in the form of Burgundy or other deep shades is always great for fall.
• However, this fall, red in all its powerful glory, will take center stage so get ready!
o Don’t be scared to rock a red monochrome look or an all red outfit
o Pair different shades of red together
o Try pairing a red patterned top with a plain red bottom
o Say yes to a pop of red through accessorizing (your bag, jewelry, scarf) or with your shoe choice
o Try fun prints that are infused with red
o Don’t be afraid to try a red top, skirt, pair of pants
o Layer with a red sweater, jacket or cape

3. Busy or Mixed Prints
• I love a great print! This season, the busier, the better! The easiest way to mix prints:
o Get a piece that’s been mixed for you! So a dress, top or other item that already has a mixed print
o Pair a belt in one print with a top or dress in a different print

4. Plaid or Checks
• Plaid or checked prints (think houndstooth, herringbone etc.) are always in style when fall rolls around but this season, you’ll see them in bright colors
• I love pairing more understated checks that have more of a grey tone, with bright colors like red, yellow, orange, blue or green
• For a cute weekend look, you can’t go wrong with a nice plaid button down with jeans
• You can also layer with a plaid blazer, vest, jacket, poncho or long sleeve top
• A pair of plaid pumps or boots is also a good investment as this is a timeless print!

• A cute dark floral print on a dress is everything! Simply pair with boots and you’re set!
• If the dress is above the knee, you can pair with pants, jeans or leggings for work

9. Gloss & Metallics
• Shiny textures like latex, plastic, vinyl, leather are all welcome this fall
• While you may have just cringed like I did when I saw latex and plastic☺ Think a nice high-shine leather
• So think a cute metallic leather jacket or skirt, for example.
o This can be paired with so many things: animal print, plain black, brown, a pop of color etc.

10. Modest Dressing
• Happy to report that you don’t have to show it all to be trendy!
• Modest styling isn’t new but there were lots of covered up looks on the Fall runway
• Think tailored, longer skirt hem lines, stockings, pretty high-necked blouses
