  • We know you want your order fast. Who wouldn’t, right? To ensure that you receive your items as soon as possible, we start processing an order as soon as it’s received. This means that we are unable to modify your order including: 

    • Canceling the order or specific item(s) in the order
    • Changing your billing or shipping address
    • Changing the payment method
    • Adding or removing an item(s)
    • Updating the size or color of an item(s)
    • Price adjustments
    • Retroactively applying a discount or promotional code
  • If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, full-price item(s) may be returned within 30 days of the original order date for a refund to the original form of payment. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags still attached.
  • Once your order arrives back at our fulfillment center, please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. Please see our Returns Policy for additional information. 
  • Some carriers mark packages as “delivered” before they are actually dropped off. We recommend waiting 24-48 hours to confirm if your package has arrived, and also check with any family members or neighbors who may have received the package on your behalf. 

    If you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to us at within 10 days of the delivery date, and our team will be happy to assist with next steps.

    Please note that TTOS Belts is not responsible for stolen or lost packages if the carrier determines that the order was delivered correctly.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your order via email.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for processing your order before it ships. 
  • Shipping time is valid for business days only. Business days refer to official working days – weekends and holidays excluded!

  • We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.
  • Most commonly, credit cards are declined due to incorrect billing information being provided. Please ensure that the billing address is entered accurately and completely. If the problem persists, we advise reaching out to your banking institution or card issuer.

    We also offer other payment options such as PayPal.
  • In states where TTOS Belts has an obligation to collect sales tax, you will see that applied to your online order based on the shipping address provided.
  • In some instances, orders are returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete shipping address, or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts by the carrier. When your order is received back at our fulfillment center, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once this is complete. 

    Orders that have been marked by the carrier as “return to sender” cannot be routed back to to the original shipping address.
