Slay Spring in this Outfit

Hello beauties. Happy Friday!! and it just so happens to be Good Friday, too. Hope you’ve had a great week and are going to enjoy your Easter weekend/break. My six year old had an “interesting” week where she had bad experiences with her school buddies and it affected her mood. Had to give her a pep talk about not worrying so much about other folks. And it made me think of times in the past even as an adult, when I cared about other’s perceptions or opinions.

While I don’t drink Mountain Dew anymore (Now college allnighters back in the day, a that’s a whole notha story!), as a basketball lover, I love the Oklahoma City Thunder and likely NBA 2017 MVP winner, Russel Westbrook’s Mountain Dew ad where he says “Don’t do they, DO YOU!” We can take a page from that!
