This particular peplum midi dress is hands down, one of my favorite dresses as it packs a double punch=a midi length + peplum. Â The peplum gives it that feminine touch and the fitted silhouette is fitted enough to be work & church-appropriate where you’re not causing too much of a distraction:)
The dress is black and white, though depending on how far/close, it comes across as more of a white dress. Â I paired it with a black + silver belt, whose bow detail continues the feminine theme. Â I then went with a pair of silver sling back pumps to give it some “oomph.” Â I could have kept it basic and worn black heels but it’s fun to mix things up. Â Metallics also make a good “neutral alternative” so it’s great to experiment with them. Â If you read my “About” page, you’ll note that a mantra of mine is to “be adventurous!” So I try to play with fashion choices. Â Let me know what you think: are you a fan or foe of peplum dresses? tops? anything peplum? Sound off in comments or on Facebook.
