Hello beauties. What’s not to love about FLOTUS, Michelle Obama! From that inaugural ball back in 2008 ’til now, people love to hate on her and some of her style choices. Well, I happen to love the fact that she has set herself apart from other first ladies and has been daring with her looks.
She also mixes high-end and relatable brands:-) For that alone, gotta love her. Today’s #MotivationMonday quote is by Michelle Obama and I love the message. As women, we definitely need to feel good about ourselves and we should most definitely have fun with fashion!
If you don’t feel good, we will be able to see through that…No matter how cute your outfit is! And since we aren’t Halle Berry’s character from Monster’s Ball (remember the infamous “Make me feel good” line to Billy Bob Thornton lol) Well…Since life isn’t a scripted movie, no one can make us feel good the way we can. So let’s be inspired by the First Lady’s words today!
When it comes to style and fashion:
- Don’t take yourself too seriously
- Rock your outfit confidently
- Even if you don’t feel good, tell yourself you look like a Million bucks!
- Have fun!
