Hello beauties.  We had a cool morning in the DMV (DC-MD-VA) today and I think that will be the trend for the rest of the week.  Yes, fall is officially here! And like a broken record, I’m loving it:)

An effortless day or night look for fall is a shift dress and ankle boots combo.  I paired grey ankle boots with this blue and black print shift dress.  Of course, black boots would look great with this.  So would tall boots.  For a more monochromatic look, blue suede pumps or boots are another option.  If the weather gets cooler, plain black tights would be great and you can opt for a suede or leather jacket for extra layers.  A long sleeveless sweater also presents another great layering option.  This is a versatile look and you can wear it to work, out on a Saturday night or even church.
