5 Stylish Ideas For What To Wear On New Year’s Eve

Hey what’s up, what’s up, what’s up?? How goes it?! Hope you had a lovely Christmas/and are having a happy holiday season. Our Christmas was quiet but enjoyable. My two girls had a great time and we’re still betting on how long it takes for the novelty of new gifts to wear off. Plus, how unbelievable how time has flown by, even with all the craziness that came with 2020! Really looking forward to closing the 2020 chapter and starting a new one in 2021. Anyhoo, wanted to share some outfit ideas for what to wear on New Year’s Eve.

Glam it Up with a Polished Cozy Combo:

Pair a dressy bottom like the skirt I’m wearing here, with a long sleeve tee, or other casual top like a t-shirt, sweatshirt, sweater, or a cami.
Another option is to pair a cozy bottom like a pair of joggers, jeans, a skirt or leggings, with a dressy top.
A fun fact: the wrap belt I paired with the skirt happens to be the same belt from my wedding dress circa 11 years ago. Scroll for the picture.
If you want an added touch of flair, you can add a brooch to a belt.

Always classic and if you’re looking to boost your mood, get out that black dress, slide on some lipstick and slay the NYE countdown like a Queen.

How we’ll Ring in the New Year

How are you ringing in the New Year this year?
We’re going to keep it low-key per usual…My mom is with us so the girls will enjoy that time with her.
The girls love playing games so Bingo and Monopoly are faves and we just got them a digital Pictionary so we’ll break that out too.
We’ll watch a New Year’s Eve service [fbcglenarden.org] and then we typically pray when midnight hits.
Other than that, will toast to the New Year and try not to over-snack lol
