2 tablespoons Pumpkin butter
2 cups flour [I use unbleached whole wheat or white flour]
1 cup granulated sugar [I use raw sugar]
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 very ripe bananas
8 tablespoons butter or olive oil [You can also substitute with apple sauce]
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk [I use 2% reduced fat milk]
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract [If concerned about nut allergies, use imitation] or skip almond extract
